MANNCHYKE is committed to offering maximum value through leading-edge technology. MANNCHYKE engineers are trained in Germany by Lewa GmbH, our design and manufacturing partner for chemical injection pumps and packages whos product was dorminantly applied on the SNEPCo Bonga Project. Since 2005 till date a total of twelve (12) of our Nigerian Engineers has been trained in Pump design software, operations and maintenance.
The NNPC Nigerian Content Development has trained two of our Engineers on PDMS software for Mechanical Process design and Structure.
Recently MANNCHYKE has been Licenced for PV- Elite software for Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger Design & Analysis. Our Engineers are conversant with use of the following software applications: AUTOCAD, HYSIS, PIPESIM, PDMS, PV-ELITE other special OEM like MS, ASPEN product etc.
MANNCHYKE is used to utilizing her technical in-house modeling database for our clients. From the year 2005 to date we have withness an increased activities for subcontracted engineering design project, notable among many was the Shell West Africa Gas Pipeline Project WAGP, which saw the complete revamping of the UTOROGU and OBEN Gas Stations.
